Incredibly welcoming and amicable staff and excellent location very close to Epernay and so close to Avenue de Champagne and lots of wonderful restaurants, the centre of town and the Avenue de Champagne, and the private garden. Good-sized and perfect room with a spotless bathroom and an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a fireplace. Variety of options for breakfast in the garden.

my double room was beautiful with comfortable bed. an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a stone fireplace were a huge plus. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from champagne mercier.

The king room had a really comfortable bed. the location is absolutely perfect and wonderful, close to amazing restaurants. - It's just a short walk away from Bulleo Swimming Pool, a popular tourist spot.

While there wasn't much that we didn't like, finding the hotel initially was a bit challenging. However, this was our own fault for not reading the directions carefully.

Loved the free continental breakfast! Such a treat to have croissants and yogurt in the morning. The free Wi-Fi was a plus, I could surf the web and ignore my surroundings.
